Folsom Bikes goes the extra mile when it comes to stocking great products ,with customer service that goes far beyond your average bike shop. There are other shops that carry the same or similar products but the knowledge and passion for cycling sets Folsom Bikes far above the others. The staff is very friendly and will spend whatever time that is needed to ensure you get the product that is right for you, not something that just happens to be on the shelf. Staff is amazing. Even when. Not buying anything from them, their mechanics too a courtesy look at my bike and fixed the problem on the spot. I try to retribute the favor shopping there whenever I need anything. Great local shop.

Mike spent over two hours with us and answered all our questions, pulled multiple bikes for us to ride, patiently explained all the differences a couple of times, and sent us out to ride for as long as we wanted! We purchased two e bikes that day and love them both. The store itself had more inventory than I have seen anywhere!! I would definitely recommend Mike and the store itself!!

Travis is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing accessories for our bikes. He doesn’t try to sell us what we don’t need. He seeks to understand what our riding style is and recommends the best product to meet that those needs.
Friendliness.
I asked an avid biker friend what bike repair shop he recommends. He said Folsom Bikes at Auburn-Folsom Rd. I took my bike to the service department and was very impressed that the person at the service desk was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, had the bike tires replaced and helped me to choose a new bike seat, all within an hour.
As I waited, I appreciated that several people came into the service department and were helped expediently. I intend to come back this store for all of my bike needs. I also liked that there was a lot of products available - bikes, parts, clothes, helmets, and more. Good Job Folsom Bikes!
