Mechanics are on top of things. They are personable and attentive to specific needs and details. Also, they handle high end bikes, even those Eddy’s doesn’t sell. Sales people are eager to talk bikes with you, and not just to push items. Contrasts with my experiences at shops elsewhere. Go Eddy’s!

I like that you guys were not pushy or pressured me into making any decisions. I also appreciated that there wasn't commission pushing the sales team to rush me into a decisions. It honestly made me me interested in working with Eddy's.
The team actually helped me finish my transaction even thought it spilled into closing hours and were very understanding and helpful. They wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. This included more than one Eddy's member.
I would be interested in seeing a rewards program perhaps. But other than that I have really no notes!
