You have great products, my dissatisfaction is I dropped the bike off on 04/23/22 for basic maintenance. I was told it would take 3 to 4 days. I picked my bike up on 5/20/22, no one called to explain that there was a bolt missing from the crankshaft that was the reason for for having the bike for almost a month. I was wondering why it took so long, once I understood the circumstance I was very happy with the service. I bought a new seat and lock for my bike the day I picked it up and one of the service men installed it for me. Very happy now.

Your staff assembled, at my request, a Kuat bike rack which I purchased from your Stow store. I am in my mid-70s and definitely needed that assistance.
In addition, your team serviced my old Specialized bike purchased from your store decades ago. The staff also helped me add a number of things to the bike such as a rack, storage bag, tools, head and tail lights, etc.
The staff was very helpful and made several good recommendations on how best to retrofit my old, but serviceable bike. I greatly appreciate their assistance and expertise!

I was completely clueless about what I needed and the staff was super helpful. They didn't try to take advantage and oversell me due to my ignorance (in fact I walked out with one of the most affordable bikes they have), they made sure the bike was all tuned up, and helped me install my car rack.
I'm incredibly happy with both the bike and the service I got. I'll recommend Eddy's to anyone I know who is looking for a bike.
