The employee's were very friendly and helpful when we came in for my son's new bike. The one we were initially interested in wasn't available that evening so they let us know what other locations had that model assembled or when I could pick it up at that location. We found a similar one and ended up buying it so we could go riding on the metro parks trails again the next day. They were attentive and made sure we had one that fit our needs.
Whether I come in there to buy new bikes for my self daughter, son or fiance it's a great experience. While in for service they took the time and care to make sure my bike was perfect.

After multiple flats -
the tech figured out the issue - a metal sliver on the inside of my wheel -
He removed it, replaced the inner liner, new inner tube - and I was good to go -
sorry that he found the sliver with his finger!

AJ was super helpful. I came in three times over three weeks for various things and he helped me get the right bike for my son, and repairs for my bike and my wife’s bike
