I worked with Dean Drake and he was great. I purchased a TerraTrike Rogue. I have a lot of issues with my back, knee, shoulders and one hip so when it was time to do all the measuring he really took the time to make make sure everything was comfortable for me when sitting and steering it. I never felt pressured to buy something and he answered all my questions.
