Everyone at the Willoughby shop is genuinely warm and more knowledgeable than I could imagine. I'm circling in on getting a new bike, and all my questions have been addressed with patience and without a hard sell. When the time comes to spring for the new bike Eddy's will be my destination.

Service and inventory. Had a flat. Man at the counter checked the stock, explained that he had the right tube and tire. Told me it would take 15 minutes to change the tire. Done in less than 10. And was courteous the whole time.

I needed a way to transport bikes and was unfamiliar with the various offerings. I wanted a hitch mount rack and Steve was very helpful showing me the features of the various models on your sales room floor.

There's a great selection of bikes and every accessory related to bikes at Eddy's Bicycle Shop in Stow. Prices are reasonable. Great customer service. the sales associate helped me find my perfect bike and I never felt pressured. I would recommend Eddy's Bicycle Shop in Stow.
