Hey guys, you need more sales staff like Josh! He is really good. He immediately acknowledge me when I walked into the store, and said I will be right you, and he was. able to diagnose the problem quickly. Moreover, he took the time to show me the part that was defective. The day I came in was a Sunday, and the store was very busy. He guaranteed he would fix my bike that day, but not on the spot. He called me at home later in the day to tell me my bike was fixed. As I went for a ride as soon as i got home. The bike shifted like it was new,

I came in looking for my 1st bike investment. Deb greeted me and patiently answered many questions I had. She made a recommendation after a good discussion. Went home and thought about what I was going to do, and returned a couple days later purchase my Trex Marlin 5. The bike delivery, overview, and discussion was thorough, again with Deb patiently answering many questions! Had my bike out 2 times since my purchase 2 days ago and I am confident her recommendation was perfect for my skill level and interests.
