I stopped in to grab a tank frame bag because my paniers didn't leave me enough room. I'm going intentionally out for 4 days, but because of scheduling and circumstance, I might be able to stay out for a couple of weeks, so heavily loaded I go.

What I like most about Eddy’s in Willoughby Hills is the excellent customer service. I’m always greeted by the front desk walking in and how I can be helped. I’ve had all my bike issues solved by their very talented, experienced mechanics. I lost count how many times Zac has helped me over the years. Derek, Josh, Tyler, and Steven have helped me many times as well. I appreciate all their help. The most trustworthy and helpful bike shop out there!

Great business to buy from! They are very honest and give you the information you need to make a good purchase and keep you pointed in the right direction. The service side is great as well. They do the repairs right the first time and they do the work in a reasonable time. This is the only place I will go to buy a bike or take my bike to be serviced!
