The efficiency and the way something simple was managed same day
I liked that the salesperson had knowledge of the bikes and could share that with me at my level of understanding. I also liked that the salesperson stayed with me throughout the process. I purchased a quality bike. I received all the info I need to keep it adequately maintained.

The variety and brands of quality bike to shop for is great. I’ve bought 3 bikes the first free maintenance is a good perk. Plus they make sure the bike is fixed right if still an issue they called the manufacturer to find out the issue with there product to get it fixed right.
