I go to Eddys in North Olmsted often and this was my first time at the Rocky River location. Everyone is always extremely helpful and they always have the parts that I may need in a crunch.

George, Tristan and Chris gave me fantastic service. I purchased a Thule Cargo Carrier without a key. I first spoke to George who informed me Eddy's had a set of master keys that should be able to help me obtain a replacement key. I drove up from Canton last Tuesday (3/31) to Eddy's in Stow. Tristan and Chris helped me sort through 50 plus Thule keys until we finally found the right key which I purchased. The level of professional service I received to sell me keys for $15 speaks volumes about the caliber of employees these gentlemen are. I own tour bikes and an electric bike, as well as panniers, bags, etc. In the past, I have never thought about shopping outside of Stark County. But after this first experience at Eddy's, I will definitely drive up to Stow in the future to shop for my biking needs.

Jacob was outstanding. I needed to get a helmet for my son (6 years old) and he was very engaged throughout. He made sure that we got the proper helmet fit and more importantly for my son, the proper color. Jacob even had him help with the checkout process. I cannot say enough about this level of service. The service dept has the knowledge when a product has a failure or a quality issue. The mechanics are able to diagnose and fix issues out of the norm. They stand behind the products they sell.
Everyone was super helpful at Eddy's bike shop!! From the person who helped me try out a few different versions and sizes of Verve bikes, adjusted the handlebars for me and the seat post to make sure I picked the best fit. I was also helped with picking out a new seat, a bike rack, and when I came in to pick my bike up, I was helped with getting a new tire inflator. I am very excited to ride my new bike. I am sorry that I am so terrible with names but I think James is the one who helped me out a lot on my first 2 visits to the shop.
We own probably 8-10 bikes from Eddy's through the years, plus a Schwinn Airdyne and toboggan. We have bought from both Stow and Montrose.
The bike we brought in for new tires is a Schwinn Frontier that hung in our detached garage for about two decades. We brought it down and are fixing it up for our eight-year-old granddaughter, as we initially purchased it for our daughter who is now 36. About 15 years ago you rebuilt my Voyager 11.8 that my wife and kids did as a surprise for my birthday. Andrew at Montrose gets a shout-out.
Great bikes selection for all ages. Very helpful with making my son's first bike experience very memorable allowing him to pick an choose his bike, helmet and accessories. Did a great job helping with giving knowledge on how to maintain the bike through out the year and before each riding season.
Service department is very prompt and knowledgeable. Sales staff is as well. More often than not, they repair my bike while I wait, or at least the same day. They know me like family, and treat me the same. Actually, they treat everyone like family.
