Responsive and helpful. Purchased a bike for my son but kick stand was said to be installed upon pick up. Found out they don’t come with one. Came to eddies due to previous experience with a friend of mines purchase to see if they had a possible fit. They did and got it installed in minutes.

The bike service department is much of the same. I am particular about my bike and they accommodate that with understanding and support. I know people that travel from other parts of Northeast Ohio to come to the shop. Highly recommended bike shop!

I was really impressed with the young man that waited on me. I forgot his name, but he was around 30 with long hair. He was very patient while providing options for both my new helmet and rear view mirror. I used to go to other bike shops, but based on my recent experience, I will stick with your Rocky River shop.
Lastly, I was very happy that during my transaction, the machine did not ask me for a tip. I'm not a tightwad by any stretch, but when I was at another bike shop in Lakewood, the tip selection was an option. It mildly put me off that any bike shop would ask for that.

I brought my bike in for a check-up (included in the original purchase) that I bought last spring, though service is very busy I was promised priority service and quick turnaround, which I really appreciated the loyalty that demonstrated.

The people that work in the service department are awesome! Very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I try to deal with Chris, pretty sure he is a manager. I have delta with him in person and over the phone he always is eager to help and I'm thankful because I live 85 miles away.
