Planning to bring the bike back in the fall for a tune-up.
They were very accommodating on a special request, installed my bike race in a minute, instructed me on it's operations, and provided me with the remaining manuals, locks, keys, and tools provided by the manufacturer. In other words, it was effortless on my part. I have not used my bike rack yet, but I can tell it's exactly what I want. It is sturdy, sits below the tail gate opening when folded, and tilts for accessing cargo when my bike is on the rack, and it's a Hollywood brand which is what I used for the past 20+ years (only one rack) with complete satisfaction. Plus they relieved me of the old rack in hopes that a worthwhile group could use it to promote bicycle fun for others. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Eddy's did a fantastic job. They gave me a fair price on the bike and accessories and we did everything over the phone. Picked up the bike on Sunday, got fitted and off I went. Customer service is a big thing here. Thank you to Chris (Mac) for handling me and it was great seeing Jim the owner present and involved in the operation.
Brought bike in for service and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Work was completed in a timely manner. Team member went out of his way to explain how to shift gears on a multi speed bike and answered all my questions. Great service!

We worked with an employe named Chris, he was amazing, he listened to what I wanted, he was very patient and explained all of my options and what he thought would work well for me. The new bike is amazing, did 80 miles yesterday in Amish country and it worked has he said it would.
I was visiting the area with my father. I was on a bike trip and I blew a flat tire. The gentleman who fixed my bike could not have been more helpful to a man more desperate. He examined my bike told me exactly what I needed. Had a new tire and a new tube on my bike and inflated and I was back on the road in no time. Prices were reasonable and the repairman was extremely knowledgeable. I could not have been happier. I will recommend Eddie's bike shop to everybody.
No pressure to buy and quality bikes
Josh was phenomenal in working with our family, as he fit all 4 of us (2 adults, and a 7 and 10 year old) for new bikes. The team was prompt, inventory was available, and got us all up and biking asap!
The store is very nicely organized and kept. The staff was amazing, especially Dave, who helped me select the perfect bike for my needs. Dave went above and beyond in his service and took a great deal of time explaining to me the different kinds of bikes, how to maintain my bike, and recommend products to get my biking journey started. Overall, I had a truly remarkable experience and will certainly be coming back.
