It was great. Found exactly what I needed.
The products I picked up seem to be of solid quality, and I like that the bottle cage is made of recycled materials. I went in without any real knowledge of what I needed and the mechanic on staff at the time definitely could have taken advantage of that to upcharge me and chose not to. Service was excellent and I'm sure I'll be back!

Mitch did an excellent job reviewing all the choices to consider when selecting an e-bike. He has so helpful and patient with us and didn’t rush us as we made our decision. I didn’t like the mandatory battery disposal fees for each bike. Eddies shouldn’t force customers to do that, and m a responsible adult that can handle proper disposal of e-waste. The service department did a great job adding our selected accessories to the bikes. Thanks again for all the help Mitch.

We bought an e-bike online, and when we went to pick it up, Joe brought it out of the back and said, "Wow, this is a little too big for you." So, he put us in a smaller e-bike, helped us with all the accessories, and we really love our new e-bike!
