Efficient bike repairs. Staff answer my mechanical questions with patience.
Incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. They helped me pick out a bike, then replace my back tire tube a few months later, after I forget to air up frequently and caused a flat!
Fast courteous service....

Excellent service
My daughter was fitted for a new bike and the service was friendly and thorough. She was able to order a Trek bike in the frame size and color that she liked. The timing from placing the order to receiving it in the store was about two weeks. We were notified in advance when it would arrive. The communication with the store was easy. She is excited about riding her bike longer distances and it will last a good 5-10 years for her. Thank you!
Great ,knowledgeable service, helped me figure out that most annoying creak on my carbon frame bike.
The servicepeople were *totally* knowledgeable and helpful.
We had to replace hydraulic brakes, and they knew right from the start what would fit, what wouldn't, and what the options were.
Thank you!

Had what I needed

Super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable owners. This is a family-owned and run business that my husband and I have been coming to for years.
I can't speak highly enough about this wonderful honest bike shop. They also sell my favorite bikes -- TREK.
No matter if you are buying a lower priced good quality bike or a high-end racing/timetrial bike, you cannot go wrong by buying from this bike shop.
They have lots of bikes to choose from, bike clothing, biking tools and supplies and are a full-service repair shop. They can do it all.
Mike Jacoubowsky (owner) and his brother own the shop and Mike's wife, daughter and son also work in the store. Great People. Great Experience everytime we go to their shop.
Folks: If you are a first time bike purchaser, please do yourself a favor and not buy a cheap bike over the Internet that you have to try to put together yourself. Cheap bikes are made from cheap parts that don't last and fall apart. A lot of bike shops will also not do maintenance on a cheap/no name bike. There is always a good aftermarket for when you want to sell a good quality/brand name bike if/when you want to upgrade or purchase another bike.
