My handlebar tape had small rips (paid for tape + servicing).
I brought in my bike for lots of deferred maintenance and I loved that the team assessed it immediately and gave me an accurate estimate of cost. The bike was fixed right on schedule and at a fair and easily understandable price. I have already recommended Chain Reaction to a friend!
The team at Chain Reaction was incredibly helpful with follow up service on a bike we purchased from them. The was an odd issue with the brakes on the bike and the replaced them with an upgrade and discounted both parts and labor for the repair. Communication on follow up was also outstanding.

Chain Reaction Bikes is a family owned and run local bike shop, thats been around for decades. The staff there are long-time employees who are experienced bike-riders and know bikes, components, parts and accessories. I have purchased Trek bikes and bike stuff at Chain Reaction, and used their maintenance shop since the 1980’s. They’ve withstood the test of time and remain my go to shop.

The service was excellent! I can't remember your female employee's name, but she was extremely patient and detailed in teaching me how to use the electric components on my new bike. She was fantastic! We read the manual and practiced until I understood how everything worked, including how to remove the wheels in case of a flat. My bike carrier was studied and adjusted until I felt comfortable carrying my bike on the rack.
