Mike, Steve, and family have provided the best customer service and joy since my first bicycle purchase, a1988 Trek 1500, purchased in 1989.
In 1991 when the OCLV carbon frames came out, Mike ordered for me and himself the Trek 5500. It remains my favorite bike.
Thirty-six years later, the service remains excellent.

Excellent service and compleation ahead of time
Every time I have been to Chain Reaction in the past - I feel like I am family. The entire team looks out for my needs in assessing my bike & always try to get me back on the road ASAP. Just yesterday I stopped by because Mike had previously examined my chain & determined that it had about 500 miles left before replacing it. While the chain was being replaced- the mechanic also observed my rear shifter was dangerously close to failure & so replaced that as well. In and out in under 30 minutes! Amazing !! 🤩
I recently purchased a bike computer and sensor from Chain Reaction in Redwood City. I biked over and they installed the items in less than 10 minutes for no additional fee and explained how to use it.
The people who work at Chain Reaction really knows their products and are always helpful when I have questions.
