A family-owned business for more than 4 decades. The entire staff is committed to the highest quality service. There is no 'hard sell' pressure as they want everyone to make informed purchase decisions and they do an excellent job of thoroughly explaining products and repair options. They faithfully stand behind their products and services and manage any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
The staff are a bunch of truly honest, capable, friendly folks.

I have purchased several bicycles from Chain Reaction over the last 20 years. The staff is deeply knowledgeable, friendly and service-oriented. For this most recent interaction, I needed a tune up of a bike and they did it fast and expertly. It is nothing but a pleasure to support a family-owned bike shop that is serving the community for such a long time. And the store is filled with goodies!

I walked in with a flat tire because there was a leak by the valve. Because I had purchased it less than a year ago from you, you said there would be no problem for you to get reimbursed from Trek. You immediately were able to put in a new innertube, pumped up the tire and off I was within 30 minutes. I was so impressed with your fast service. You are a great bike store.

Excellent service and very good price high quality bicycles.
Mike was very helpful repairing my tubeless tire. He explained to me that tubeless tires can accommodate inner tubes which I opted to use rather than using sealant which can be messy. Appreciate Mike and Steve along with rest of the staff at Chain Reaction Bicycles. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a bike or to address their bike repair needs.

Chain Reaction backs up their products. Their service is quick and excellent. My tire blew apart after only 2100 miles. ( a defect?) The cost of the tire and inner tube was comped; but I paid the difference to upgrade to a stronger tire, which they had in stock. New tire and tube were replaced and my bike was ready in a couple of hours. Excellent and pleasant service.
