Chain Reaction is a family owned and run business; they are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are my 'go to place' for my cycling needs. I have purchased nine bikes from them through the years. I highly recommend them.

Brought my bike in for miner adjustment thinking I was going to have to leave it overnight! Wrong Mike had me out there in 25 minutes, excellent customer service.

August 2 - picked up a new bike. Becky was helpful explaining differences between the new bike and my past bikes. August 11 -brought the bike in with a rear tire leak around the valve stem. Becky worked on it for a few minutes but decided let the shop take care of it. August 12 - picked up bike, tire seems to hold air fine.

I went to buy a bike after looking at their online store and the staff was very friendly and understanding! I hadn't rode a bike since I was a child, so they provided recommendations and answered all my questions. If you're buying a bike with accessories, they'll get you set up right away. I would definitely come back here if I ever need to buy more bike accessories or a new bike.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought my bike at Chain Reaction about four years ago and they’ve always been good even helping me with little things such as buying a couple spokes or looking up spoke tension specifications or giving suggestions on how to troubleshoot funny noises.
Staff members were very cordial and quick to offer assistance if I needed it. I needed help from the technicians who do the maintenance and they also were equally cordial and interested in helping me solve the problem I was having with my rear wheel axle bearings and how to service them. In the end they had the right tools to remove the Freewheel and provided me additional information on the best way to reassemble the axle and bearing set along with the Freewheel.
Knowledgeable and helpful
The shop was super accommodating with my request. I ordered one bike but changed my mind after it was delivered. They simply ordered another one I wanted and took care of the order return. Will definitely be visiting for any of my biking needs going forward!
