Every time I've been in there, they bend over backwards to help me accomplish whatever crazy modification I'm trying to do. Staff was very helpful. Even with the whole Covid 19 social separation, they fixed my son's bike while I waited. They are very diligent with social distancing and are doing a great job to try and keep everyone safe.
