I know it's hard to do but more options in stock would be great. I came in with a budget of $500-$700 and a known bike size requirement and there was only one option to choose from on that Friday afternoon.
I love my new helmet it fits perfect I feel safe in it and I really liked the service and 10 knowledgeable help from the staff . I give it a thumbs up .👍
They took time to recommend new shoes that fit well, installed my cleats, lubed my pedals & even checked my brake shoes for wear. Just amazing service - over and above expectations in every way.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff, quick service for small repairs like flat tires, nice selection of useful accessories.
By no fault of Steve's, the computer system wouldn't allow us to order the tires listed on the website, and it still wasn't resolved after 15 minutes so I had to move on without my tires on order.
The helmet size I wanted was not in stock, and the sales person said that he couldn't order it until he makes the next big order from the vendor because the vendor charges high shipping fees. I still bought a helmet, hoping that a smaller size will fit my husband, but I was thinking to myself "I could just order this on Amazon." I want to support independent retailers so I'm not unhappy with the service, I just think it would be very easy for someone to walk away when there's not even an option of ordering the item you want within a few weeks.
I like Trek bikes that they carry

Great people, great service and very fair prices. I jammed my e-bike on the Belmont trails and Mike unjammed it during my visit. He was careful to make sure that I was satisfied with the bike before I left. I could not have asked for more. Great, competent service.

Service was as good as it gets
Very knowledgeable and friendly service. With the salespersons help I was able to find a bike for my daughter in a relatively short amount of time. There was no "hard sell", just friendly advice. There wasn't a lot to choose from, but most of the bikes in the price range I was targeting are very similar. The main deciding point was whether she liked the color...
