Chain Reaction has great people who do a great job! I just brought my bike in for a new sensor battery for a Trek bike I bought at Chain Reaction in 2009. The bike is still terrific, and Mike solved both a missing magnet problem and the sensor battery problem immediately while I waited. Thank you, Chain Reaction!
After coming from Mikes Bikes in Palo Alto, Chain Reaction was a complete different shopping experience. The best part of my experience was the customer service. Everyone that worked in that store is all about the customer and that’s rare to come by. The gentlemen who helped us educated me about each bike that I was interested in. He was so patient and helped me adjust seatings to fit my petite frame. I ended up going with an Electra loft and he helped put on a new seat as well as accessories for me. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike. Everyone in that store is humble to the soul!
