Great service and prices are just as cheap as amazon.
Very friendly family-run business. They work very hard to make their customers happy. Every time I've been in there, they bend over backwards to help me accomplish whatever crazy modification I'm trying to do. This time, it was just a small repair, but they got me in and out of there in 20 minutes or less and helped me avoid their long waiting list. Thank you, Chain Reaction!

Staff was very helpful. Even with the whole Covid 19 social separation, they fixed my son's bike while I waited. They are very diligent with social distancing and are doing a great job to try and keep everyone safe.
