Always excellent service and superior knowledge of bike maintenance! Have had the occasion over the last few years to take my bike in for a quick shifting adjustment and oftentimes Mike J. (the owner) himself works on the bike and it is great looking over his shoulder and learning more about the nuances of the shifting mechanism. This is the kind of shop that reflects very well on the cycling community. Thanks!

From fixing up a bike, checking out one you just bought, or helping recommend products that fit your skill / comfort, they help make everything easy. They're my go-to shop for anything bike related and I've enjoyed every visit!

Team at Chain Reaction was extremely helpful in recommending a bike for me and my son. Despite not having the bike I wanted in stock, they ordered it and provided weekly updates. With all the fire and smoke and the craziness of schooling from home, they called several times to remind me the bikes were ready. They were not pushy and were always polite and courteous. The pick up experience was great.
