I bought an Electra Townie for my son there a few years ago and had to wait almost a month to get a service appointment. He needed a new front headlight and 3 weeks before the appointment I was told you thought you had one in stock, but if not you could order it in time for the repair. After the repair I received email that the work was completed and it was ready to pick up. I sent my son to pick it up and he said the lights were still broken or missing. Nobody explained what happed. The bill came and I was charged for the new headlight. No explanation. I had to call the store to find out what happened. If I hadn’t called I’m not sure the new part would even have been ordered.
