Service was excellent throughout. Mike (Richardson) is clearly an enthusiast. He’s thorough, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. Big bear was recommended to me and I’d have no hesitation passing on that recommendation to anyone else.

I found the service I received at Big Bear Bikes Pickering to be excellent.
