We travel over forty miles to use Big Bear Bikes because they’re superior to any cycle shop in our area.

I appreciated that you let me buy the display model as my order had taken longer than anticipated, and that the hire fee for test ride in Dalby was taken off the purchase price. Staff are helpful, not pushy, but have always seemed genuinely interested in helping me get what will be suitable for me.

A very friendly atmosphere with excellent bike knowledge. The staff I dealt with (Mike R and Bobby) were very professional and serious about the product and did not put me under any pressure whatsoever. Choosing my bike was a fairly lengthy process and the two guys gave me all the time and support I needed. In the end I came away with a great bike and felt I got a good deal. Win Win I would say. Richard in the workshop is a credit to your organisation. Took in my bike at short notice, serviced it, and had it ready later in the afternoon. Great explanation of what was done, advisory on the brake pad wear. He needs a well deserved bonus or pay rise.
