The team helping us buy a bike for my wife was superb. They were very honest and informative recommending the most suitable bike for her individual needs. Benefits and disadvantages for numerous bikes was explored when we asked and we felt so comfortable buying her bike that when we collected it I bought one also from them.

Hi I got a trek Roscoe 7 mountain bike from big bear bikes at Pickering on a bike to work scheme.

They recently serviced my Trek Checkpoint and gave me excellent advice on a change of tyres . Advice taken everything works perfectly and the new tyres allowed me to knock 6 minutes off my PB over 25 miles. I know they took the bike for a post service ride as I thoughtf my legs had grown 3 inches. Seat adjusted at Riseborough.
