Mike helped us choose a bike for our Daughter. He gave us advice, but was not pushy, and didn't try to encourage us to buy the most expensive bike, which made a refreshing change. He explained the differences of the range of bikes to us, and we chose the Marlin 4, which was best suited for our Daughters needs. He gave us lots of information on colour choices too. He was extremely patient, and very helpful.
Oliver helped us when we collected the bike, and he was excellent too.

The service we received was outstanding and very professional. We was tended to by Alex who answered every question we had and it is obvious he is very knowledgeable about the products he is selling. When we came to pick our bikes up he took us and did any adjustments needed and took time to explain everything we needed to know. Also spoke to another two gents who's names I don't remember but both very helpful. The e-bikes we purchased are exactly what we need now in our lives and the products and quality is there to see. To round it off we live in Lytham near Blackpool so it is not just a quick round the corner for us if anything is needed but we are willing to travel when needed. This should speak volumes how highly we think of your staff and products and please pass our gratitude on to Alex for the service he provided to ourselves
