Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Helpful with loading bicycle into car and talking through all aspects of the equipment including routine maintenance etc.
They recently serviced my Trek Checkpoint and gave me excellent advice on a change of tyres . Advice taken everything works perfectly and the new tyres allowed me to knock 6 minutes off my PB over 25 miles. I know they took the bike for a post service ride as I thoughtf my legs had grown 3 inches. Seat adjusted at Riseborough.
