The service I have received so far is good but really having only just received my bike this email from you is a bit early!
The employee who dealt with me was polite and knowledgeable . He did a good job.
Criticisms
1. It would have been better from my point of view if I could have test ridden the bicycle on a hill.
2. My bike was not ready immediately on the day quoted. Approximately 30 min delay until checks completed.
