Absolutely fantastic service from Mike. Full of knowledge regarding the bikes and was really helpful when trying out the bikes. It was really good that we was able to try the bikes out for size and then they are adjusted to support my sons size requirements.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, just bought our fourth bike from them. They have a vast range of bikes and accessories to suit everyone from the enthusiast to the everyday riders. After sales also excellent, all our bikes were serviced and any small problems, although very few were rectified and always completed on time. Would definitely recommend.

Oliver was extremely helpful and patient answering our questions before we bought our electric bikes, while we were in the shop buying them and then collecting them a few days later and afterwards dealing with our numerous queries. Visited the main Pickering Shop last week on 2 separate occasions. Very professional & knowledgeable staff and polite friendly service. Product range during our visit was fine given the global circumstances (shopping for spare parts only) Shop is a nice environment and well laid out. Well done Big Bear Bikes - its a refreshing change from some other retailers i could mention. Would definitely recommend. 👍
