Hi really appreciated the service from big bear bikes Mike was wonderful he phoned me back and help me order my bike over phone helped me get accessories I needed as I don’t drive to be able to see products . Then sorted out delivery for me after work and the delivery driver Dave was very good phoned me to confirm time . I have recommended the shop to colleagues at work 10 out of 10 for service

Too early to give informed feedback on my Trek Dual Sport Hybrid 3 because I've only had it for three days - but first impressions are very positive. Things I like about Big Bear Bikes: friendly, helpful staff who were relaxed and gave me plenty of time to make my mind up without any pressure / the check-up service that you offer six weeks after a new bike purchase / it's a local business / AND the fact that, about a year ago, when I was having trouble adjusting the derailleur on my old bike, I came to the shop - expecting to have to book it in and face a lengthy wait - the chap that I spoke to realised that all it required was a simple adjustment, and he did it there and then in about two minutes and sent me on my way without charging me. (This last point was what made me decide to buy my next bike from you when my elderly Peugeot hybrid finally expired.)

When I visited Big Bear Bikes I got very good service and help in selecting the right bike for me. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful even though the shop was busy, he spent time answering my questions. I got just as good help when I collected my bike. The staff seemed very professional and efficient. It is a shame it is so far from Leeds where I live, but worth the trip! Thank you!
