We popped in to the shop in Pickering on the off chance of finding a suitable electric bike. We were on holiday therefore only had a few days window to get one. The young gentleman who dealt with us was amazing, helpful and very knowledgeable and managed to sort out an amazingly suitable bike which was ready in 40mins thanks to him and his colleague in the service department. We can't speak highly enough of the service we had and would be more than happy to recommend the shop.
