My first e-bike and having looked about, Big Bear Bikes had what I was looking for with the assurance of a local-ish shop that had been around a long time. Great customer service with delivery sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. It’s early days so far, but I’m over the moon with my bike and we’ll have to wait and see about follow up service. Great set of guys, highly recommended.

Amazing service and advice with no pressure to buy from Alastair. Very knowledgeable and listened to my bike requirements and matched me perfectly to my new bike. He was friendly, approachable, helpful, knew his stuff and most importantly gave his time. I didn't feel rushed in making a decision and subsequently I got the right bike for me and am loving it! I have a Powerfly 5 to make sure I can keep up with my husband in the hills of Yorkshire and it is great fun. Still putting in lots of effort (my choice) when riding but just get a boost when needed to catch back up. This bike allows us to ride so many more routes together and of course it is a must to fly past every now and again, laughing and waving of course! So, a big thanks to Alastair for all of his help and advice - would certainly recommend Big Bear Bikes to everyone.

Excellent customer service item was going to be delayed so rang as soon as order was placed and checked this was ok item still arrived sooner than expected
Spoke with Alex about purchasing our 2nd Haibike about 3months ago and settled on the Alltrail 5 in Candy Red.
From ordering to delivery on Saturday, Alex and the big bear team kept us informed.
