Friendly well-informed staff who really let you take your time and don't put pressure on you to buy: my wife and I both took a long time and several visits before finally choosing our bikes, and people were very patient and generous with their time.
When my wife chose her e-bike, the chap who had been dealing with her felt that she needed a medium frame - rather than the small one that she'd tried a couple of times and quite liked. They didn't even have a medium in stock at the time, but they were prepared to order one - on the understanding that she could still revert to the small frame if it didn't work out. We took his advice and waited for medium frame to arrive - and he was spot on! I call that excellent service.
In addition, the guys in the workshop are helpful and have a nice attitude - they don't mind taking a few minutes to sort out a small problem there and then, rather than insisting on you booking it in. I also think the free six-week safety check for newly-bought bikes is a very useful idea.

From the minute we walked in the door Alistair sorted us out, sized the Marllon 8 for both of us and got them ordered with minor modifications, when we collected he attached all the extras we needed, all very helpful.

Had a faulty tyre that kept going down when you moved the valve. This was due to the original build by BBB. Brought the wheel in to sort the fault. Customer service from the feller in the work shop was brilliant. Realised the fault from the original build and corrected it and also took the time to give me loads of advise. Top man, tattoos and beard 👌 should have got his name. Going to bring the rear wheel in to check that too. All rubber grommets missing on the front valve so been lucky I didn’t get a flat 30 miles away
