This was my 1st Road bike purchase. The staff were very knowledgeable & keen cyclists themselves.
It was great that I was able to try 3 different sized frames (& actually ride each one) to find the size that suited me best …. turns out it wasn’t the size I would have bought according to the size charts on the internet!!
When collecting my new bike, the sales assistant made sure it was all set up & adjusted for me & explained everything I needed to know to start riding it safely, which was extremely helpful & much appreciated.
