Had my bike serviced and a repair, both Bobby and Richard were absolutely great. Took time to answer questions and explain what they had done. Sometimes places like bike shops can feel a bit intimidating when you are a bit older and cycle to keep mobile and and enjoyment but these guys made me feel really valued and looked after.
I will always come back to Big Bear because of this for all my future needs.
Friendly and efficient
I liked the straightforward approach. I liked the chance to try different sizes and settings in the car park. I appreciated the patient approach and not feeling pressured to buy. It was more of a conversation than a selling experience. Mind you, I was pretty sure what I wanted, and Alex probably picked up on that. For me, it was just a matter of which bike and size, but the patient, ‘take your time,’ approach was really appreciated!
Service was superb, called to check availability of an item and the guy was great, went and physically checked and put it to one side whilst I ordered online, arrived 2 days later. Thanks so much.
