We visited the store several months ago whilst browsing the market for an e-bike for my wife. Mike R was helpful and informative at that visit in helping us with our choice. We were in a position to go ahead with a purchase yesterday and Mike R was once again on hand to demonstrate the bike, answer our questions and complete the sale. The range of bikes on the shop floor and accessories available are impressive but it’s the helpfulness and knowledge of all the staff which makes the 2 hour round trip to the store worthwhile, in this age of internet shopping it’s still the shop floor experience that wins for me.

Staff were friendly and helpful and above all knowledgeable (mainly dealt with Alex). It was lovely to be helped by people passionate about cycling and not just there as a sales person. There were a wide range of products available, and whilst I spent more money on a bike than I originally intended I feel that I have a quality product which was value for money. I came to Big Bear on the recommendation of others and was not disappointed. I was made fully aware of the post purchase service and the time scale for this. Thank you for all your help!

The staff are very friendly and always available to help you. It’s good to see that they are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products they are selling. I was given plenty of advice and tips for my bike when I bought it. The bike it’s self is a fantastic bit of kit, and the colour and styling looks great.
