Efficient service and friendly staff.
On entering the shop I was greeted by a friendly chap named Bobby. Bobby gave me informal honest advice based on his own experiences and he also brought some of his colleagues into the discussion. It’s great to hear from not one but several people as we all require slightly different things from our bikes and we also come in varying shapes and sizes.
After a lengthy discussion and being shown examples of the issues and resolutions for what I had been experiencing, a conclusion was set.
Many thanks to Bobby and his colleagues on their professional and approachable manner in which they carry out their (Sometimes considerably unrewarding at times) task of dealing with the public!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the staff at big bear. I initially purchased my bike online but decided to take the 90mile journey to pick up my purchase which turned out to be a great experience.All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
My bike was ready on my arrival and the hand over by Alex who was very professional and informative and answered all my questions.
Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big Bear Cycles to all my friends.

The team in the service bay were clearly under staffed, the guy that looked after my bikes being serviced was a top bloke and should be praised for his attention to detail and customer service under such circumstances. My bike rode lovely today on a 72 mile training ride. You need to sort this out, when I book my bikes in for service it’s because I need it doing and I need it back for my training schedule. Top marks to the fella who sorted it, he deserves a beer and recognition for the effort he has put in
