There was a really good range of stock in the shop.It was great to be able to try out the bike for fit and comfort. Our sales assistant (Stephen?) was very helpful.He was knowledgeable and also gave me lots of time to talk and try the bike. I didn't feel at all pressured by him so felt confident to make a good choice of bike. I'm not an experienced single bike rider but felt as valued a customer as if I were a professional.
The team were very accommodating and flexible in servicing the bike and enabling me to take it home the same day.

Great shop full of things everything you could need, i like to visit just to browse. The team are just as happy for you to visit just to browse and chat with them about bikes as they are to help you with your purchase decisions.
Support if needed is excellent and each member of the team has been more than happy to help.
Punctual with phone calls and responding to emails. I never felt ignored.
There is one thing that would be the icing on the cake and that is a coffee machine. We often end up at Pickering during our rides and have to go in to town to find a place for a rest. There is no where to park bikes safely in Pickering and the coffee / cake is extortionate from the cafes. Plus there is no where to browse and spend money while taking a break!
Grand service as usual, pity that they were let down by thier supplier this time.
