Good bike shop with plenty of stock, they close at 5pm and twice I've turned up at 4:30 and they have stayed open until ive had a sale and a fix of my bike all friendly and helpful staff would recommend to anyone in the area.

Good quality products and great advice from the team. It's high end stuff so the cost can be a little high but most things I've had from big bears have lasted me years, including my bike which I got in 2014!
We came to Big Bear Bikes to order my son a bike for Christmas. We spoke to Ollie and he talked us through the options and helped us make a decision. We decided to choose a bike that wouldn't be here in time for Christmas as its the one my son had his heart set on.
Everything was made easy by the team from ordering, payment, trying bikes for size and collection.
They were totally honest about delivery times, answered all questions and were thoroughly helpful from start to finish!
Needless to say the bike finally arrived was built excellently and I now have a happy boy with his new Trek!
