Really good products and service. The man who delivered the bikes was very informative and very friendly.
Their customer service is how customer service should be. Not pushy just great advice when you ask for it. So much so that I'm willing to travel 2 hours to shop at big bear bikes than my local large shop.
Great stock, very knowledgeable staff. Allowed me a 15 mile test ride. This is the most important thing. Many shops don't allow this. Will return for many years to come

Useful advice before choosing ebike and good opportunity to try different types on the road. Supply problems caused delay. When bike collected got easy to understand full review of bike capabilities. Have ridden bike on road and on Whitby/Scarborough cinder track and very happy with performance. Finally, all staff at Pickering very helpful and easy to get on with.
