Communication was something else. I had a call when I first placed my order, to make sure I had ordered the right size bike. I was told when it would be built, and when it would be delivered. And those dates were kept true throughout. Love the fact the bike came fully built. Top service.

Oh my goodness where to start. Bikes in stock and charged ready for trying. Oliver was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They knew my lock would be on back order. Delivery was great. Not rushed at all. Emails replied to and telephone call re my bike being in stock. Just brilliant. I couldn’t get this locally. I didn’t want to spend that much but honestly it was so worth it. I hope you realise how good you are.

Big bear bikes sorted out my trek rail that requires a new frame under warranty, and handled everything amazingly, all the lads are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I couldnt think of anything bad to say about how everything got handled. And all this was done for a bike that wasn’t directly bought from them. Excellent 5 star service

Big bear bikes, they carried out pre delivery inspection of my new Raleigh motus electric bike. Everything was checked out with great attention to detail at the handover to me. Bobby particularly spent time to explain all the main points of my new bike. Excellent service, I will definitely recommend and use them again, their facility in Pickering is brilliant, they have all the right expertise to deal with any bike problem’s quickly.
