I use a wheelchair. I buy parts online and have them shipped there. My wheel locks did not hold the other day. I just stopped by for them to top up the air in my tires. They told me I had a slow leak and put in a new tube on the spot.

The reason I still maintain myself as a Bicycle Habitat customer is because it is a small business and a business that exists in Brooklyn. While I wish you would expand to neighborhoods with a more diverse demographic, the service and the professionalism from the current staff is amazing.
