Very good sales staff, made the process very easy and it had been a good experience.
Everyone was friendly, patient, and responsive to my frantic calls about a late delivery and assembly for a child's birthday gift. Assembly cost seemed just a little high for a simple bike, but the excellent customer service was worth it.
Great service, prompt, communicative, and thorough. And I called ahead of time, just to make sure they would be able to fit me in -- and they immediately said "Come right over and we'll work on your bike." Solid!

This is my second rental from Bike Habitat Brooklyn and they are so great to work with. Will be scheduling with them every time I come and ride in NYC. This was for the 5 borough's tour 2026 so much fun. What a great bike shop.

Matt and the rest of the staff are very, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with anything about bicycles and bicycle equipment. I think they are fantastic especially when it comes to fitting a bicycle to the rider. They are also socially conscious when it comes to selling products from companies.
