From the first time I went to this shop I was told once a person pays cash the tax is waived. However that is not the case with Eduardo. Anytime when he tends to me he does not honor that and it's annoying. Also after my service was completed he advised I should not ride my folding bike because there's is crack at the folding frame which could split my bike in half. That made so me upset that a proper analysis was not done before the service was completed.

I bought my Trek Allant + from Bicycle Habitat Chelsea because of a suggestion by Matt and I have never liked a bicycle more!!! They are a great group of people. Very friendly and always helpful. I recently had an incident, a few blocks away, where my bike lock froze and I couldn’t remove my bike from the pole. I went to the bike shop to see if they could help and David walked with me all the way to my bike, in the freezing weather, and helped me unfreeze and unlock my bike. Now that is kindness and service! 👍👍

Prices are very high for both parts and service, but everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. With Echelon closing, this is my new store.
I took my bike in for a tune up. The service was quick and thorough and the staff were all kind and communicative.
One issue is that the bell on the bike was knocked off/missing when I picked up the bike. I didn’t notice until I got home.
