We love the trade in program for kids bikes - our daughter is on her third bike from bicycle habitat and she loves it!

Great staff, well kitted-out shop. I mostly work on my bikes myself, but when I have taken things into the shop they did great work.
I brought my Canyon Aeroad for some upgrades. Although the shop was very busy they took their time to listen to my request, sent an estimate within 24hours and had the bike ready a day early. Great service and a great shop. Highly recommend.
Love it all. I bought my bike at Bicycle Habitat and won't go anywhere else for parts, accessories, and tune-ups. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly, and I love seeing Justine when I'm there. She was the 3rd person (in different stores) who fitted me for my bike and the only one I considered buying from; it made a huge difference as a woman being fitted by a woman.

Your mechanic patiently listened to me explain the handlebar swap / upgrade I was looking to do and did a lovely job installing all the parts I'd brought in for the job.

My first experience was very easy and smooth. Matt was very nice and welcoming.
The issue was resolved, but the condition I got my bike back was not the best condition.
My handle bars were crooked and the barrel adjusters around my front brake cable weren't threaded and connected properly and was rubbing against the barrel itself so a few of the cables got cut.
Had to go home and fix it all and not ride the night I received my bike.
