I feel I'm rushed when I come in. When I told the salesperson what I wanted to do they were asking for a deposit even before I handed them the bicycle. For Pete's sake, slow down a bit.
Also, if ll ne talking to one salesperson then a mechanic will also have input while another person on the sales team is giving their input too.
We came in for a few strange items.. and Libby met us with a smile and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for.. She showed us price options and features..
We left the store with everything we needed for our 150-mile ride to Montauk this weekend.
We even had a part on order that arrived in 3 days. Thanks y'all... SG.
Chelsea had amazing energy I came in and she immediately helped me with my warranty claim. Then she talked with Speciled on the phone for me to make sure the claim went through. Called me and let me know that she has to call them multiple times. Kept me updated the entire time. 100% recommend.

He immediately diagnosed my bike's problem, was communicative about how to fix it, and had the work finished much faster than I anticipated. Eric has worked on my bike before, and he's a great technician whose work and advice I trust highly.

Steven was super helpful! Really spent the time explaining things to me. Only wish he’d have asked before adding the water bottle cages which I realized after the fact were added and charged - I’d have done without them or chosen differently. I went into the shop to get my bike serviced after several years collecting dust in my apartment. I was told it needed a complete overhaul and I wasn't sure the bike was worth it -- but it has sentimental value to me so I agreed. When I got it back it rode and looked like it was brand new-and this is an 18 year old bike. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.
