I dropped my bike off at BH for some shifting attention and the intake was welcoming, friendly, professional and attentive. As usual, I always felt like I was leaving my bike in good hands, with someone who would care about doing a good job. I picked my bike up the next day and again it was a great experience. The staff answered my questions and offered some helpful advice about some gear I was looking at. The service done to my bike corrected the issue thoroughly and is now a pleasure to ride. I look forward to my next visit to Bicycle Habitat.

I brought my bike in very bad shape and I was very frustrated with how it was. My bicycle is my means of transportation, I checked in different stores and they charged me very expensive, I thought about buying a new, better bicycle. My girlfriend told me to take her there with you. I took it and I was surprised that they would charge me less to fix it, a boy with an orange hat and wavy hair took care of me, wow, he treated me very well, very kind and very professional, I felt very good, he fixed my bike from one day to the next wow. I loved the service,, when I came back for my bike and rode it. It looked like new. ,,, I will definitely return to the shop, thank you very much for the excellent service 🤙🏼🤙🏼. (( and my score is not 10 it's 💯 good job
I can buy critical stuff--like a bike chain-- without having to worry if it's counterfeit. I also bring my bike to the shop for repairs I can't handle myself.

I would specifically tie my recommendation to Matt at Bicycle Habitat. He is clearly a stand-out employee there based on his knowledge and willingness to help and spend time with customers. Our first time in, I was looking to upgrade my road cycling shoes in prep for a race. It was a relatively quiet day in the store and we were fortunate enough to have landed with Matt. He blew my husband and me away with the way he tackled the shoe fitting and cleat placement....so much that my husband, who wasn't originally planning to upgrade his shoes/pedals, decided to as well. We went back in this past weekend with our bikes, so they could change the pedals...and Matt reviewed our whole set-up, very expertly making minor adjustments with seat placement, brake reach, etc. He explained everything along the way and it all made perfect sense as to why it would yield a more comfortable, efficient ride. It was much busier the 2nd visit, but it was clear that he was the more experienced employee (helping others or chiming in on other sales/questions). He did a great job jockeying between customers.
I’m new to cycling and Matt was extremely helpful getting me setup. Very easy experience, good cycling intel, and friendly customer service.
The team at Bicycle Habitat is very professional. If you purchase a bike from the shop, a free upgrade will be included in the purchase, which I did in my first year. I've upgraded to the $185 package, each Spring, where they take the chains off, oil everything, and make the bike brand new. It's an investment to make the most of my bike purchase.

Very flexible guys, I’m based in Australia and purchased a kids bike for my niece, she lives in NY. It turns out that the one I bought wasn’t the right one for her so they accommodated to her needs and recommended another one, no problem.
