Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I needed help with my lights and they had a replacement cord and strap that I needed.

Staff knows what they are talking about and have the time and patience to do so. This is extremely rare in NYC where retail spaces are under enormous pressure to understaff and be hyper-focused on sales.
My mechanic went above and beyond. I was in for a flat and he ended up changing the tire, explaining what went wrong, and fixing the bike so that it worked even better. (And charged a nominal fee for the extra work.) Would highly recommend. Thank you!
