Incredible service. Bought my last bike here. Their policy is that I can forever go in to get any adjustments I need on it. Went in to buy a lock. Taylor took the time to install it in a specific way that I needed (too complicated to explain). I’m floored by the personal service.
These guys have had my back for over a decade. We need them for a decade more.
Always very happy with the consistent level of service, care and attention to detail.
Super friendly staff and knowledgable, speedy mechanics. Overall, an unpretentious environment - a neighborhood gem for all cyclists!
The guy working was super helpful and took time to walk me through seat options. I didn't feel like he was rushing me.
knowledgeable, friendly staff
Great service and I very friendly vibe.
Everyone was eager to help me and very friendly, it was a wonderful experience
Love this place! Everyone is so generous and helpful.
I would not go anywhere else
Friendly, emphasized safety and really cared about my daughter's helmet, and we found a great bike for her
Great folks, fast service, welcoming
Professional. Always willing to help
Wait time was a bit long...otherwise, always a good job!
Your Park Slope staff are friendly and helpful, and have always been super accommodating with adults and kids. The kid bike trade in scheme is also great, and the selection of bikes is good!
Of the bike shops I’ve been to around the city, it is the best. Everyone is so nice, patient and knowledgeable and really wants more people to have a good experience where they feel helped with cycling no matter what level they are at.
Nice selection for all ages.
Great service and advice
Everyone is very helpful and attentive
Great mechanics and pleasant service.
I’ve been going to them for years. Always reliable and friendly.
Good service.
Always helpful!
Bought a new bike but the gear-shifting doesn’t work. Would have been nice if this was checked before given to me to take home.
A friendly and welcoming team of knowledgeable experts.
Fast, professional, high quality service for reasonable cost. Way more chill than other bike shops in the area. They did a small adjustment for me for no cost a few weeks ago. They could have lied to get $30 out of me which I was prepared to spend but it wasn’t necessary and they were honest about it. I went back for a full tune up and they did a great job!
friendly & extremely helpful staff who go the extra mil!!!
Approachable, communicative, and knowledgeable.
The salesman in the Manhattan location was extremeely nice and friendly.
Everything Matt has done for my wife's and my bicycle, from readjusting her touring bicycle to fit her properly to giving me the correct saddle to fit my behind to recommending excellent cleats for touring has been FANTASTIC!! I never knew that I did not have to get my behind adjusted to the saddle rather than the other way. With a few changes to my wife's bike, by changing the handle bars and the stem Matt made her bike a pleasure to ride. If BH doesn't have it they will order it. It is a great local store run by people who care.

Needing to pay separate labor cost was a little too much.
I changed the chain for $28
and paid labor for $20
and still needed to pay a separate labor cost for tightening some bolt on my bike.
It'd been more considerate if the labor was based on time or reduced when things are multiplied.
