I interacted with Chad, Tim, and Elvis on a tune up and wheel install, and all were great. Very friendly and knew their stuff. Bike came out looking great.

I had a flat and needed my bike checked over before heading out on a trip. Every staff member I came in contact with was super friendly and knowledgeable. They wasted no time in taking a look at my bike and I was all set to leave in about 20 minutes. Amazing!
There was a problem with a part that was swapped out as part of tune up. This was fixed quickly and it was not a big issue, but the part could and should have been tested prior to handing the bike over. Otherwise the whole process was smooth
I recently purchased bike pedals from your shop, and while I appreciate the offer to install both the pedals and included cleats, I was caught off guard by a $15 charge for cleat installation at checkout. This charge wasn't mentioned when the service was offered, which was disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable about the interaction.
Overall, the service was good, but this lack of price transparency really impacted my experience. My suggestion would be to clearly communicate all service charges to customers upfront, before performing the work. Being more transparent about costs would create a much better experience for your customers.

They were really supportive with a request for servicing my electric Brompton the day of! I appreciate their flexibility and quick turnaround. Everyone was accommodating and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
It is more of a general observation on the cleanliness and organization of the stores. Open food on the counters. Tools lying around unorganized. When I asked for a receipt, the printed receipt was covered in red marks indicating the paper roll is almost empty, when asking to get a clean receipt (the roll paper had to be replaced anyone) I got an attitude for creating an inconvenience despite the fact being a paying customer. It was later in the day and energy was maybe running low on the service person, but I was rather treaded like a burden instead of a valued customer.
Lastly, I asked for description what tasks and repairs where executed as part of the warranty, it was promised to be emailed. That email hasn’t arrived yet. Here my email Email address removed
