Good customer service
All your staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products you sell, and above all, the mechanics I have dealt with have all been excellent. (In addition -- this is a plus -- many speak Spanish!) Many times when I go into your store, I have had an emergency that means that my bike is no longer functional. One is often rushing to get to a meeting or an appointment. The mechanics fix the problem while I wait -- and that is invaluable.
The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
They offered me less expensive options, and spoke to me about what I was getting myself into.

Very communicative and helpful in explaining the services
I came in to pick up my bike. The cost of repair was very high--over $400. Then after the sales person showed me some accessories, I was asked to wait. I assumed my bike would be forthcoming since the email said it was ready.
I continued to wait for over 30 minutes, thinking that my bike was coming. Finally, I asked where my bike was and it was brought out from another part of the store. Staff seems disorganized to me.
