Your staff is fantastic, knowledgeable and persistent. They wouldn't let go until all my problems were isolved.
The guy on the desk was patronizing and rude. This was particularly unfortunate as the other members of the team – incl. someone who helped explain different lock strengths, and a mechanic who came to check if I needed anything done to the bike itself – were really lovely. The guy at the desk was dismissive and made me feel really unwelcome. He was very welcoming and engaged with the male customers, so I've come to assume his rudeness to me was based on misogyny, but would love to be proven wrong about that. All that being said, I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend to friends.

They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you find exactly what you need without any pressure.
I’ve brought my bike in for tune-up, and it came back feeling brand new.

The mechanics are absolutely wonderful. Super thoughtful, helpful, and always manage to get my bike back to my way faster than I expected. I also have an older race bike with hard to find parts and they were amazing helping me track them down.
