Not rush someone out after buying the bike! We had gotten a Bluetooth tracker put on the bike- no instructions, no receipt, thankfully I was given a key device and looked it up on line.
You should give all that paperwork too the customer though - including a receipt for the bike!
Great service. Always on time or even faster. I never second guess the work. Just a very reliable service team and I feel safe riding their work,.
Great group of individuals who are interested in helping you every step of the way, in any problems you come across on your bicycle. I was having trouble finding a very unique seat post and they were able to fit me after the purchase. The bike feels amazing!
Quoted a super inflated and overcharged estimate for the work and then when I decided to take my bike elsewhere to get the work done (for half the price) they charged me $25 as a service charge for just looking at my bike and providing the quote. They did not tell me up front that the quote would cost me money.

Great knowledge and customer service
John was chill, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I liked the range of products that you carried (i.e., the ability to test ride a range of bikes). I liked that I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase on the spot but was provided great information and a very helpful summary of the bikes I had ridden (which ultimately helped me to make a decision I'm really happy with). Location of the store is great for testing out the bikes (good bike lanes and close to the park).
The workers were so great -- mechanics were helpful and provided great service. They helped me figure out what needed to be replaced on my bike and helped me figure out the way to do it within my budget. Sam & Jeff surpassed my expectations. Thanks!

Rick at the Vanderbilt store took his time to educate the parents of a 5 year old who was graduating to a big girl bike on all the features, pros and cons. He ensured that we felt comfortable and developed a plan for bike adjustments as she ages not only this summer but for the next three summers.
Rick ensured we knew about the trade in and trade up policy that will ensure we return for our next bike purchase. A true asset to the team!

I haven't given my bicycle a check-up in over 7 years (Pretty Embarrassing) but after a recent tire blowout I was able to have my bike restored with not just a new tire but also a new cassette to have it running like new. Thank you!
