Your service dept is the best.
I appreciated that you guys were not trying to make as much money as possible! My bike did not need a lot of things, and you didn't push anything more than was necessary. A basic tune up was all that was necessary. Thank you
I don't think there's anything you can do, I just need a different kind of bike shop. Your folks are pleasant and knowledgeable enough, but your shop is too big and too busy for me. For my needs I need to be able to talk to mechanics directly, not sales people, no matter how well-intentioned they are.

The service was prompt and friendly! Unfortunately, the issue that prompted my last trip was only temporarily fixed and it has returned.
I will be bringing my bike back this week in need of further service.

The person who took the job in, didn't hand it over with all details / materials to the mechanic team. After checking in (after the promised delivery date), the job was not even half done, resulting ultimately in a delay over a week

I messed up the online gift certificate process, but two of your staff, Brian and Libby, were extremely patient with me and enabled me to get the gift card to him on his birthday.

Super helpful esp when there was a delay with my delivery and yall were great about checking in regularly and keeping me updated and contacting trek about eta! Then when I picked up my bike everyone was so great helping me make a decision with helmet and lock. As someone who knows very little about bikes it was so valuable to me!
Noah was terrific! Informative, direct, honest, and made the experience buying my beautiful new bicycle a fun non-stressful one. I feel really great with my purchase and know the store has my back for anything I might need along the way.
I felt that both when I dropped off and picked up the bike I tried asking some questions to learn a bit more about bike maintenance but was not given longer explanations and insight I'd expect from a neighborhood bike store. Just a "well take care of it" type of response. Might look into other options next time.
Excellent service and friendly staff. The staff member who helped me was happy to go above and beyond to put my bike in my car for me.

Bike tuning and repair are expertly done with quick turnaround times.
Your shop is good. The main problem is that you're a victim of your own success and there are often long lines for the repair shop or the sales shop is crowded because it doesn't hold many people.

The price of a new tire is too expensive. I can get the same tire for $50 including labor a few miles away

Habitat's personnel are always knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. The bikes and equipment are top-notch. I've always had positive experiences with purchases and repairs at Habitat.
Eduardo and his team are knowledgeable and helpful, the shop had the items I need readily available, and the location is convenient for offices in NoMad.
I ordered a bike from Trek/Electra to be assembled by Bicycle Habitat. One of the pedals arrived with a factory defect and rather than contact Trek for a replacement different ones were installed and I was charged for these pedals instead. I then asked BH to open a ticket with Trek, but nothing seems to have come of this.
Brian was professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. He was just so awesome. My son’s new bike is incredible and he is thrilled. He also helped me pick out a scooter and helmet for my daughter who has special needs. Dude is the bomb and the store is great.
Charged me 30$ for a rear flat tire.
