For my recent service Justine was great. However, my initial complaint was a squeaky "rubbing" sound from the front wheel/tire. She recommended the annual tune-up, which I received. After riding a few miles the sound returned.

Fast delivery service and efficiency
Bicycle Habitat is my go-to bike shop. I've been in a handful of times over the years and I have had a great experience on every occasion. Several years ago they put together a bike I ordered and it all went well. Since then I've had accessories added and a couple of last-minute repairs and they are almost always able to complete the work same-day or even within 30 mins to an hour. The work is solid, everyone is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
