Sold me a dusty, old product that did not come with all pieces at full price & then when I asked for zip ties (to replace the missing pieces) the person tried to charge me extra for a few loose zip ties. I generally like Bicycle Habitat, but this was a bad experience
I changed breaks. And as I received the bike, the pressure on the right and left side was not aligned, and no one seemed that available to help me fix it well. I had to come twice after picking my bike.
And then i discovered that a cable was pending out, touching the pedals as I biked. That again, i had to come back. I was overall surprised, let's say disappointed by the lack of checks from the team.
I had better a experience in the past.

The team was very helpful and professional. My bike did not need a full tuneup, just a few minor adjustments, which they did quickly during the estimate meeting and were incredibly fair in what they charged for that as well. Great experience, will definitely be back.
