Well we very much appreciated the speedy service. But I was surprised by the Price for a tire. I would have preferred options. While I'm sure it's a good tire maybe a quick discussion can be part of the service.

I unfortunately don’t know the name of the gentleman who served me on 8/16 when I bought a TREK bike and various accessories but he did a phenomenal job. Extremely generous with his time and knowledge and showed great understanding of what I was looking for (and ended up happily purchasing from him). Not trying to push me hard to buy anything in particular, yet I ended up spending $800+ and felt good doing so. Masterclass in sales, left a warm fuzzy feeling that makes me want to give your shop all my future business.

I love everything about Bicycle Habitat. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, helpful and lovely. They care about doing right by their customers, not about selling you something you don't need. Another bike store told me I had to get rid of my beloved old Trek and buy a new bike. I went to Bicycle Habitat to replace the old Trek, and they fixed up my old bike and made it like new. I recently bought a new bike there to use outside of NYC and Justine was incredible in helping me figure out which bike would suit my needs. I love this bike shop!
